Obituary
Martha E. Fehr, 92, Fairbury died at 3:25 am Saturday, August 16, 2008 at Evenglow Health Center, Pontiac.
Private funeral services will be held Monday, August 18, 2008 with the ministers of the German Apostolic Christian Church officiating. Burial will be in East Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Fehr was born February 27, 1916 in Rankin, IL, the daughter of Daniel and Elizabeth Witzig Gudeman. She married Edwin H. Fehr, April 6, 1941 in Cissna Park. He died on April 9, 1995.
Surviving are four daughters, Wilma Torres (Alex), Wauchula, FL, Joan (Herman) Glueck, Tremont, IL, Gladys (Ray) Slagel, Chenoa, IL, Delores (Phil) Crouch, Bourbonnais, IL, four sons, Ervin (Marla) Fehr, Ralph (Martha) Fehr, Ronald (Norma) Fehr, and Dennis (Norma) Fehr all of Fairbury, IL. Also surviving are forty five grandchildren, fifty eight great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by three brothers, three sisters and two sons.
Mrs. Fehr was a member of the German Apostolic Christian Church, Fairbury.
