Maya Rose Salinas, two week old daughter of Julian & Melissa Salinas died at 7:26 pm Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.
Private family services will be held at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury.
Maya was born May 5, 2009 at Gibson City, IL.
Surviving are her parents, Julian & Melissa Salinas, Fairbury; brother, Julian, two sisters, Talia and Hope, all at home in Fairbury; maternal grandparents, William and Celina Stefanski, Fairbury; paternal grandparents, Antonio and Enedelia Salinas, Chatsworth; maternal great grandparents, Neville and Beulah Eaton, Little Deer Isle, Maine, and William Stefanski Sr., Quaker Hill, Connecticut.
The family suggests memorials be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
