Michael Adam Cole, 75, Salt Lake City, Utah and formerly of Chatsworth died on August 22, 2025 in Salt Lake City from complications of Alzheimer's.

A private family graveside service will be held at Chatsworth Twp. Cemetery at a later date.

Mr. Cole was born September 12, 1949 in Fairbury, IL the son of Eldon Victor and Beatrice G. Gingerich Cole.  They precede him in death.

Survivors include one son, Shane Micael Cole, The Colony, TX, one granddaughter, Zoey Cole, two sisters, Barbara Cole, Chicago, Beth Cole-Bork, Forrest, and one step brother, Larry Danforth, Pontiac.

Mr. Cole attended Forrest-Strawn-Wing High School and was a long-haul truck driver for 50 years.  He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
