Obituary
Fairbury: Neola M. Nussbaum, 78, Fairbury died at 2:10am Friday, September 8, 2006 at BroMenn Regional Medical Center, Normal.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Sunday, September 10, 2006 at the Apostolic Christian Church, Forrest with the ministers of the church officiating. Burial will be at the North Apostolic Christian Cemetery, rural Forrest.
Visitation will be 2:00 to 8:00pm Saturday at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury and 12:00 to 12:45pm Sunday at the church.
Mrs. Nussbaum was born October 28, 1927 at Linwood, MI. The daughter of Carl and Ellen Lambert Wackerle. She married Byron G. Nussbaum November 19, 1967 at Kawkawin, MI. He survives at Fairbury.
Also surviving are 2 daughters, Devon (Ken) Rinkenberger, Ballwin, MO, Dana (Edward) Meister, Peoria. 2 sons, Kevin (Joan) Nussbaum, Bloomington, IL and Kim (Tina) Nussbaum, Colchester, IL, 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, and 1 sister.
Mrs. Nussbaum was a homemaker and a member of the Apostolic Christian Church, Forrest.
The family suggests memorials be given to the Morton Home for the Handicapped, 2125 Veterans Rd., Morton, IL 61550; Fairview Haven Nursing Home, Fairbury, IL 61739; or Gateway Woods, Leo, IN 46765.
