Obituary
Norene Adams, 88 of Livingston Manor, Pontiac formerly of Chenoa died at 6:22 am, Thursday, December 18, 2008 at Livingston Manor, Pontiac where she has resided the past several years.
Private family services will be held at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury with burial to take place in Chenoa Cemetery, Chenoa.
Mrs. Adams was born January 7, 1920 in Liberty, KY the daughter of Charlie Cleveland and Opie Lee (Wilkinson) White. She married Hershel Adams in 1939 in Bloomington. He passed away, May 23, 1973. She also was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter; JoAnn Adams and one brother; Nolan White.
Surviving are one daughter; Paula Johns, Chenoa, two grandchildren; Jesse Barth, Afghanistan, Cassandra Barth, Nashville, TN, two brothers; Franklin "Cubbie" White, Chenoa and Roy White, Louisville, KY.
