Fairbury – Paul William Fehr, 61 of Fairbury passed away with his family by his side at 2:20pm on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at his home.

Funeral for Paul will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury with visitation one hour prior. Pastor Tom Krieger will be officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Paul was born February 22, 1950 in Fairbury the son of Herbert and Rose Gnehm Fehr.

He married his one and only
Marilyn Kay Emberton on September 21, 1969 in Forrest. She survives.

Also surviving are his devoted children; daughter, Angela (Brian) McStoots of Streator and son Paul (Jennifer) Fehr, Jr of Pontiac; five very special grandchildren, Michala, Dylan, Brianna, Emily, and Chloe McStoots; his sisters, Edie Moulton of Fairbury, Marie (Alfred) Kieser of Tremont, Nadine Evans of IN, Margie (Tim) Brucker of Strawn, and Marilyn (Garren) Simmons of Fairbury; brothers, Raymond (Angie) Fehr of CA, David Fehr of Bloomington, and Harvey (Pat) Fehr of IN.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Elaine Herrli.

Paul worked for Fairbury Blade, Nussbaum Trucking and last worked for Pittsburg Tube.

He enjoyed remodeling, but most of all Paul enjoyed his family with a special place in his heart for his grandchildren
