Obituary
Pauline Rose Lawrence, 90, Fairbury died at 3:45 pm Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at Fairview Haven Nursing Home, Fairbury.
Funeral Services will be at 10:00 am Saturday, June 13, 2009 at the Apostolic Christian Church, Fairbury with the ministers of the church officiating. Burial will be in the Fairbury Apostolic Christian Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 pm Friday at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury and 9:00 to 9:45 am Saturday at the church. The family suggests memorials be given to the Apostolic Christian Church or to the Fairview Haven Nursing Home, both in Fairbury.
Mrs. Lawrence was born May 12, 1919 in Milford, IN the daughter of Mike and Christine Armbruster Meister. She married Drexel Wayne Lawrence on September 11, 1941 in Colfax, IL. He died January 12, 1987.
Surviving is a son Lonnie (Loraine) Lawrence, Forrest, IL; a daughter, Dixie Corder, Chariton, IA and three grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Mrs. Lawrence was a homemaker and had been a nurse's aid at Fairview Haven Nursing Home for twenty five years.
