Perry Lee Waller Sr., 78, of Chenoa passed away at 6:20 am, Monday, April 25, 2016 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.
Cremation rites have been accorded.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm, Friday, April 29, 2016 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa; with Pastor David Heath officiating. Inurnment will follow the service at Memorial Park Cemetery, Pontiac.

A visitation with the family will be one hor prior to the service on Friday also at the funeral home in Chenoa. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family of Perry L. Waller Sr.

Perry was born September 10, 1937 in Du Quoin, IL; the son of Clarence and Audrey (Hawkins) Waller. He married Karen Carspens in August 29, 1959 and later married Jo Ann Vietti on March 13, 2000 in Pontiac. His wife Jo Ann survives in Chenoa.

Other survivors include his children, Perry Waller Jr., Tammy Waller and Sherry Waller all of Pontiac and four grandchildren.

Perry was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Clifford Waller.
