Colfax – Priscilla Ann "Mother Mouse" Meiners, 76, of Colfax, passed away at 3:15am, November 10, 2014, with her children by her side, at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.

Funeral will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, November 15, 2014 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Anchor. The Reverend Stephen Goodwin will be officiating.

Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Anchor.

Visitation will be held from 4-8:00pm, Friday, November 14, 2014 at

Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Colfax and one hour prior to services on Saturday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eastern McLean County Ambulance Association, St. John's Lutheran Church, Anchor, or Conklin Dinner Theater, Goodfield which she enjoyed with her family and friends.

Priscilla was born November 15, 1937 in Colfax the daughter of Raymond and Catherine Weppler Rathbun.

She married Donald R. Meiners on March 25, 1956 in Colfax. He survives.

Also surviving are her daughter, Carman (Darrell) Koelper of Marengo; two sons, Alan R. (Cindy) Meiners and Scott E. Meiners both of Bloomington; grandchildren, Andy (Kandie) Meiners, Josh (Anna) Koelper, Daniel Meiners, Ben Koelper, Brian Meiners, and Kevin Meiners; great-grandchildren, Blaze Meiners, Leah Koelper, Gunnar and Gage Koelper and Chase Meiners; brother, Ronald (Barbara) Rathbun of Arvada, CO; sister, Charlotte "Chattie" Graas of North Port, FL; sister-in-laws, Betty Rathbun of Colfax and Doris Rathbun of Bloomington.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles and Loren Rathbun.

Priscilla was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Anchor.

She is a graduate of Octavia High School, class of 1955 and retired from Anchor State Bank.

Priscilla loved playing cards and traveling all over with her family and her girlfriends.
