Rachel Louise Ellis, 69, Forrest, died at 12:48 pm Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.
Mrs. Ellis was born January 6, 1946 in Fairbury, IL the daughter of Tim and Anna Wilken Bryant. They precede her in death.
Surviving is one daughter, Lori Ellis, Forrest and one sister, Nancy.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury is in charge of arrangements. Memorial offerings may be directed to the family.
Rachel's family would like to thank SELCAS for their help during her illness.
