Robert Lee Followell, 60, of Forrest passed though the Heavenly Gates at 10:39 am, Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at OSF St. James-John Albrecht Medical Center, Pontiac.

Funeral Services will be 11 am, Saturday, April 20, 2013, 2013 at Faith Fellowship Ministries, Fairbury with Pastor Kim Ernst officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be from 9 to 11 am, Saturday at the church prior to the service.

Bob was born January 21, 1953 the son of Ronald "Jerry" and Dorothy (Aurthur) Followell. He married Lucinda "Cindi" Sisco on July 14, 1972 in Clinton, IL. She survives in Forrest.

Other survivors include his children, Adam (Carrie) Followell of Forrest; Dustin (Torri) Followell of Fairbury; Ashley Followell of Fairbury; Cody Followell of Forrest; one sister, Cheryl Felwock of Decatur; five grandchildren, Tyler, Trenton, Tate, Madyson and Parker Followell; sister in-laws, Laura Followell of Alabama; and Betty Watson of Clinton and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and an infant daughter.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Faith Fellowship Alms Fund.

Bob loved his family, his church and his Lord. He enjoyed football, hunting and fishing. One of his favorite things to do was to watch Cody, Tyler, Trenton and Tate play football. He also enjoyed watching Madyson play Volleyball and playing with Parker. He was their number one fan.
