Robert Wayne Kirgan Jr., 68 of Pontiac, died at 1:28 pm, Friday, October 11, 2019 at Accolade Healthcare Center, Pontiac.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a graveside inurnment will take place at 2 pm, Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Cropsey Township Cemetery, Cropsey.  Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Future's Unlimited, Pontiac.

Mr. Kirgan was born October 10, 1951 in Salem; the son of Robert W. and Mary Lou (Hughey) Kirgan.  His parents and one sister, Patricia Convis preceded him in death.

Survivors include his niece and nephews; Mike (Yvonne) Maffett of Pontiac; Matt (Paula)Maffett of Melvin; Mary Maffett of Fairbury; nine great nieces and nephews and 18 great-great nieces and nephews.

Bob enjoyed reading, bowling and good music; especially Karaoke. He loved hanging out with friends and family and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
