Obituary
Roger Herbert Popejoy, 75, Fairbury and formerly of Cropsey, died at 5:55 pm Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Accolade Healthcare, Pontiac.
Graveside inurnment will take place at 11:00 am Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Cropsey Twp. Cemetery. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury is assisting with arrangements.
Mr. Popejoy was born December 24, 1942 in Fairbury the son of Herbert Fred and Alberta Kathryn Meyer Popejoy.
Survivors include two daughters, Kathy McCool, Carlock and Karen (John) Alsman, Cropsey, seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and two sisters, Bonnie Alkire, Coolidge, AZ, Sherrie Garrett, Vandalia.
He is preceded in death by a daughter, Veronica Sticklin.
