Ronald D. Busbey, 76, Fairbury, died at 1:50 pm Friday, March 25, 2016 at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Normal.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury with Pastor Tom Krieger officiating. Inurnment will be in Elmhurst Cemetery, Joliet at a later date.

Visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00 pm Tuesday also at the memorial home. The family suggests memorials be given to Southeast Livingston County Ambulance Service.

Mr. Busbey was born September 12, 1939 in Joliet, IL the son of James and Alice Hunt Busbey. He married Judith Ann Marino on September 16, 1960 in Joliet. She preceded her in death on May 9, 2014.

Survivors include 3 children, Barbara (Richard) Hoggren, New Lenox, Bonnie (Kenneth) Oelschlager, Fairbury, Ronald (Christine) Busbey Jr., Morris, 1 brother, Eugene (Beverly) Busbey, Joliet, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by 1 daughter, Rosemary Cohan, 4 brothers, and 1 sister.
