Royce Clark Beardsley, 76, Chenoa, died at 9:57 am Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Heartland Health Care Center, Galesburg.

Mr. Beardsley was born September 6, 1944 in Elmira, NY the son of Clark Neily and Dorothy Winifred Pollock Beardsley.

Survivors include a daughter, Hope (Ruben) Gambill, Chenoa and one grandson.

He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.

Mr. Beardsley had served in the United States Army (10/9/1962-10/5/1965) he then served in the United States Navy (1/18/1967-6/6/1969).  After the service he had been employed as a mail carrier for the United States Post Office.

Cremation rites will be accorded by Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa.
