Sally Carter, 72 of Pontiac and formerly of Bloomington, died at 9:40am, Thursday, May 7, 2020 at Parker Nursing and Rehab, Streator.

Cremation rites have been accorded and services will be private.  Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

Sally was born August 29, 1947 in Pontiac, the daughter of William Robert and Adie Bell Wilson Cottrell.

Survivors include her son, Roy Brill of Calvert City, KY; her daughter, Holly Esser of El Paso, IL; grandchildren, Natasha, Kaleigh, Ashley and John; sisters, Agnes Schramm of Cullom, IL, Wilma (Mike) White of Elberta, AL, Ruth (Bruce) Perring of Chatsworth, IL and Suzee (Russ) Arnold of Henderson, NV.

Sally worked as an office manager at State Farm Corporate in Bloomington for many years.
