Lexington – Sandra J. Foss 78, of Lexington, IL passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014 in Mountain Home, AR.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa, IL with Brother William Scarbrough officiating. Burial will be in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington.
Sandy was born October 25, 1935 the daughter of Porter and Lillian Frost Rowland. She married Bill Foss on August 2, 1961 in Palos Heights, IL. He preceded her in death on May 5, 2001. In 2006 Sandy moved to Mountain Home AR from Florida to be closer to family.
She is survived by her children, Kim (Jonathan) Scarbrough Sr., Batesville, AR, Carol (Robert) Larson, and Nancy (Mike) Anson, and five grandchildren including William and Jonathan Scarbrough Jr. and one great grandson, Jack D. Scarbrough.
She is also preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ronald G. Rowland.
Sandy was a good wife and mother who loved to travel.
