Fairbury: Susan M. Glowacki, 51, of Fairbury, passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, December 10, 2023 with her family by her side.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 am on Friday, December 15, 2023 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Merna. Father Schultz will be officiating.

Visitation will be held from 4 – 7 pm on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury. The family suggests that memorial offerings be directed to the Carle Cancer Institute in Normal.

Susan was born on June 14, 1972 in Streator; the daughter of Richard and LaVonne (Harms) Roberts. She married Michael Glowacki on April 19, 1997 in Minonk, IL. He survives in Normal.

Susan is survived by her two daughters: Lexi (Kyle) Brauman, Fairbury ; and Paige (Neil Lambert) Glowacki, Bloomington. Also surviving are her four siblings: Laura Souba, Tad Roberts, Roy Rodrick, and Allen Roberts.

She was preceded in death by both parents.

Susan loved to spend her time shopping and relaxing on the beach in Florida. She loved helping people throughout her nursing career and will be remembered for her sass. Susan was the best wife, mama, and Gigi to her family.
