Colfax – Thomas P. Antczak, 76, of Colfax, passed away at 12:19pm, April 6, 2024, at OSF St. Jospeh Medical Center, Bloomington.

Cremation has been accorded. Burial will be in Wiley Cemetery, Colfax at a later date. Memorials may be made to St. Juded Research Hospital.

Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Colfax is in charge of arrangements.

Thomas was born November 23, 1947, in Berea, OH, the son of Paul and Josephine (Farone) Antczak.

Surviving are his significant other for 23 years, Karen Eslinger of Colfax; son, Brian Antczak of FL; step-children, Robbie (Michelle) Whicker and Jeremy (Laura) Whicker both of Colfax; step-grandchildren, Lexi, Ava, Aubrey, and Adilynn Whicker; siblings, David (Robin) Antczak of Columbus, OH, Vicki (Jim) Uschold of Cleveland, OH, Paul (Mandy) Antczak of Cleveland, OH, and Fran Pitts of Berea, OH.

Thomas retired as a machinist from Caterpillar Tractor Company.
