Obituary
Thomas G. Golladay, 59, Fairbury, passed away at 10:43 pm Thursday, October 18, 2012 at Fairview Haven Retirement Community, Fairbury surrounded by loved ones.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Monday, October 22, 2012 at the First Baptist Church, Fairbury with Pastor Steve Anderson and Pastor Kevin Comfort officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury.
Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 pm Sunday, October 21, 2012 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury and 9:30 to 10:15 am Monday at the church. The family suggests memorials be directed to the www.nationalmssociety.org or Fairview Haven Retirement Community, Fairbury.
Mr. Golladay was born December 6, 1952 in Urbana, IL the son of Wesley and Thelma Evans Golladay. He married Connie S. Herron on June 10, 1972 in Urbana, IL. She survives in Fairbury.
Also surviving are two sons, Joshua (Rebecca) Golladay, Normal, IL, Matthew Golladay, Kirkland, IL; two grandchildren, Daniel and Kaitlyn Golladay; one sister, Donna McIntyre, Sidney, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
From 1976 – 1995 Mr. Golladay had been a service technician at Walton's Department store, Fairbury. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Fairbury.
