Obituary
Todd Douglas Wenger, 52, Normal, died at 10:35pm Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Normal.
A private family service will be held on Monday, December 2, 2013 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury. Burial will be in the North Apostolic Christian Cemetery, rural Forrest. Visitation will be 2:00 to 6:00 pm Sunday, December 1, 2013 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury. The family suggest memorials be given to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Todd was born July 21, 1961 in Fairbury, IL the son of Larry and Barbara Schmidt Wenger. He married Kem Dohman on November 9, 1985.
Surviving is a daughter, Kelsey Wenger, Normal, IL; his mother, Barbara Wenger, Bloomington, IL; fiancé, Shawn Maxson, Fairbury, IL; two sisters, Tami (Jerry) Koehl, Bloomington, IL; Pam (Denny) Stephens, Fairbury, IL; one brother, Troy (Renee) Wenger, Forrest, IL, he is survived by several nieces and nephews who adored him.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Todd was a 1979 graduate of Forrest-Strawn-Wing High School and had attended Harper College, Palatine, IL. He currently had been employed at Mitsubishi Motor Co, Normal and was a member of Eastview Christian Church, Normal.
Todd will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
