Warren Harold Jackson, 65, Fairbury, died at 1:27 am Saturday, April 23, 2022 at his residence, Fairbury.

Cremation rites have been accorded and per his request no services will be held at this time.

Harold was born August 3, 1956 in Gibson City, IL the son of George and Mary Dover Jackson.  He married Karen Wells in August of 1978.  She survives in Fairbury.

Other survivors include 2 children, Crissy (Clint) Stephens and Craig Jackson, both of Fairbury; Granddaughters, Jadyn (Ty) Zimmerman, Fairbury; Kyla Stephens, Fairbury; 1 brother, Steve (Linda) Jackson, Gibson City; 1 sister, Judy Eberts, California; mother-in-law, Joann Wells, Fairbury; sisters-in-law, Diana (Mike) Ramsey and Marsha (Dave) Taylor, both of Fairbury; Nancy Wells, Strawn; 1 brother-in-law, Dennis Wells, Lincoln; several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by 2 brothers, David and Bud; 1 sister, Norma Mehrkens and his father-in-law, Jim Wells.

Harold worked at Pittsburg Tube for 25 years before going to Caterpillar, Pontiac.  He retired in August of 2021.

He loved to fish, especially with his granddaughters who he cherished so much.
