Colfax – Warren G. "Dingy" Spry, 66, of Colfax passed away on October 25, 2009 at 9:29pm at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Colfax.
Cremation has been accorded. No Services.
Dingy was born June 6, 1943 in Normal the son of Elton and Amy Lucille Bennett Spry. They preceded him in death. Also one brother Edward Spry preceded him in death.
Surviving is one sister-in-law Marilyn Spry of Lake Wales, FL.
Dingy retired form A & W in Colfax after 35 years. He was a volunteer for the Octavia Fire Department for 20 years and was a member of the Colfax Christian Church.
He was an avid Bears, Cubs, and NASCAR fan.
Dingy's fun loving personality brought him many friends. He knew everyone and everyone knew him.
