William D. Barnes' Obituary
William "Bill" D. Barnes, 66, Hudson died at 3:24pm Friday, June 20, 2014 at Heartland Healthcare, Normal.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury with Pastor Daryl Evans officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury.
Visitation will be 2:00 to 3:00 pm Tuesday also at the memorial home. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Hudson United Methodist Church general fund.
Bill was born December 3, 1947 in Fairbury, IL the son of Bruce and Genevieve Fienhold Barnes. He married Evic Estacio on November 8, 2003 in Hudson, IL. She survives in Hudson.
Also surviving are two daughters, Dr. Kim (Kerry) Eickmeier, Champaign, IL, Billie Jo (Randy) Tankersley, Livingston, KY, three grandchildren, Kassandra and Kolten Eickmeier and Leann Tankersley, one sister, Alice Rolph, Goshen, IN and one brother, Gene (Marj) Barnes, Fairbury, IL.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Bill was a member of the Hudson United Methodist Church.
He will be missed by his friends and family.
